You can make thin walled hollow object fairly easy.
Create a doughnut from the standard shapes menu. Then
go to morph with the front view of the doughnut in the work space.
Select any another standard or organic shape
in one of the morph windows.
Since the doughnut is a synthetic shape any shape
you morph it with will not give you a full morph.
Here I morph a doughnut with a sphere.
Then I stretched it vertically, making sure not
to stretch it horizontally so it stayed round.
I also bottled and bulged it.
I flattened a cylinder, positioned it and merged
it in composer.
To create a bottom.
Here I have a nice smooth thin walled hollow
object.
I made this to use as a pot for a potted plant.
