The Potter's Wheel works like the ones old fashion clay pot makers used
to make clay pot. It spins the object while brush tools are used on it.
But in the 3D realm the potter's wheel is not limited to
spinning on one axes. It can be spun on all three axes or a combination
of axes.
The Potter's Wheel is activated from the Potter's Wheel Menu.
Vertical: spins the object on the Y axes.
All Axes: spins the object on all three axes ( XYZ ).
Manual: stops the spinning action, then as the brush is applied and moved the spinning
and speed occurs in the direction and speed the cursor is moving.
side to side spins on Y axes
up and down spins on X axes
diagonally spins on X and Z axes
Spinning Options
Vertical: options menu has setting for speed and direction. 0.000 is no spinning and 1.000
is full speed. Right to Left is clock wise spinning and Left to Right is counter clock wise.
All Axes: has individual speeds for each axes. Negative values spin X axes Bottom to Top,
positive values spins X axes Top to Bottom. Negative values spins Y axes Right to Left, positive values spins
Y axes Left to Right. Negative values spins Z axes clock wise, positive values spins Z axes counter clock wise.
Values of 0.000 will have no spinning on that axes.
