Shadows

Objects
In Amorphium Pro you can define the way shadows are rendered. All mesh, biosphere and wax objects
have render options on the object information window , render tab. Cast shadows
and receives Shadows are enabled by default. If you don't want an object to
cast or receive shadows disable the appropriate box by removing the check.

object information box

You can locate the objects information window by clicking on the little
green ball next to the objects name on the program window.

Or by right clicking on an object, then selecting properties off the menu.

Lights

All three light types. ( parallel, radius, spot light ) have options for how shadows
from the light source is rendered.

lights

You locate the lights property window the same as you do with objects. Right
click on a light or off the project window, by clicking on the light symbol.
On the property window there is a shadow tab.

The parallel light shadow option is only enable or disable cast shadow.

parallel light properties

The radius and spot light have the enable or disable cast shadow.
And a slider option for how much the light's radius will be.

radius light properties

This option doesn't determine how bright or how far the light will illuminate.
It sets how hard or soft the shadows created by the light will be.
Lower values will have hard shadows ( the edge of the shadow )
higher values will have softer shadows edges.

Here are some examples using a radius light:

Hard 0.000%
Hard 0.000%
medium 50.000%
Medium 50.000%
softest 100.000%
Softest 100.000%

Rendering
There is also a option on the radio city window render tab,for rendering shadows.

radio city window

With this option enabled all mesh, biospheres and wax objects
will cast shadows, depending on how they are setup in the object information window.
With this option disabled no shadows will be rendered in the whole scene, no mater how
the objects are setup in the object's information window.
